Payment Options

Coming September 2021: A fresh new look for your Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc. bill, including a new account number.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare for this change. Watch for your new bill and account number starting in mid-September and October 2021.

We offer a variety of options for you to pay your Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro bill.

Online through My Account

Through My Account you can view and pay your Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro bill with just a few clicks. To sign up for My Accountyou will need the electronic bill verification code from your most recent electricity bill. New Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro customers must wait to receive their first bill to sign up for My Account.

By mail

Send a cheque via mail to our office. If you are mailing your cheque, please ensure to keep our payment timelines in mind and account for mailing time. Do not send cash in the mail. Send to the following address:

Online through your financial institution

Make a payment directly through your own financial institution, in person at your nearest branch or through their online banking system.

Credit Card

Pay online by Mastercard or Visa with our Paymentus service. Note: A service charge will apply.

Pre-Authorized Payment

Have your payment automatically withdrawn from the bank account of your choice with our Pre-Authorized Payment plan.

Equal Billing

Use our equal billing option. We will estimate your annual usage for the year, based on your usage history and bill you in equal installments.

In person

You can also pay your bill in person at our office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to make it to our office to process your payment during these hours, we have a night-deposit box located outside of our front doors.
