peaksaver PLUS Services

Kitchener- Wilmot Hydro thanks you for your continued participation and support in the peaksaver PLUS program.  As of September 30, 2017, all peaksaver PLUS devices have been deactivated, however the thermostat will remain fully functional for homeowners.

Participating Customers:

All installed devices (thermostat and in home displays) are owned by the participant, as per the participant agreement. If you wish to remove the device(s) in your home, that is completely acceptable.

Before December 31, 2017
If you are a current peaksaver PLUS customer who is experiencing issues with your thermostat, please call Util-Assist at 1-888-985-3465 for support.

After December 31, 2017: Customers who are experiencing problems with their heating or cooling are encouraged to check their furnace filter and contact an HVAC professional for support.
