Merger of Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc. and Waterloo North Hydro Inc.
Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc. and Waterloo North Hydro Inc. have applied to the Ontario Energy Board for approval to merge and continue operations as a single new local electricity distribution company.
The Mergers, Amalgamations, Acquisitions and Divestitures (MAADs) Application (OEB Case Number: EB-2022-0006), evidence and other documents can be accessed on the OEB website.
