Important Information for epost Customers

Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro bills will no longer be delivered through epost effective November 1, 2020

Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro’s contract with epost is ending effective November 1, 2020. This means that starting November 1, 2020, customers who have an epost account and have set Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro up as a mailer will no longer receive their Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro bill in their epost mailbox.

epost customers have the following options:

  • You can sign up for ebilling with Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro to continue to receive a paperless bill. If you do not sign up for ebilling, you will begin to receive a paper bill effective November 1, 2020.
  • If you are signed up for My Account but have not opted in to ebilling, you will need to log in to My Account and make the change. If you do not opt in to ebilling, you will begin to receive a paper bill effective November 1, 2020.
  • If you are already signed up for My Account and ebilling with Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro, your Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro bill will be delivered to the email address we have on file starting November 1, 2020. Please log in to My Account to verify that the email address we have on file is correct before November 1, 2020 to ensure there is no delay in getting your bill to you.

Signing up for ebilling

To sign up for ebilling you will need to register for My Account. You will need the electronic verification code from your most recent Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro bill in order to verify your account.

If you can’t find the code, please call us at 519-743-3600 and one of our Customer Care representatives can provide you with it.

Please allow 24 hours for your My Account registration to be activated.

Once your account is active, you can opt-in to ebilling:

  • Scroll down to eBilling Opt-In and select “Yes, I want eBilling.”

Scroll down and click "Update my profile", and you're done. It's that easy!

Can’t remember your My Account login or password? Simply click “Forgot your password?” or “Forgot your Login ID?” to have it reset.
